I restarted school on Tuesday. It wasn't an online school, by the way, and we were put into bubbles based on what year group we were in, as well as a strict one-way system and other preventive measures to COVID-19.

It wasn't as chaotic or restrictive as you'd think it'd be, apart from the line for the whole year group to a single checkout only at lunchtime.

I'm glad to finally talk with my friends in person again, even if we have to wear masks.

Also, instead of five lessons, we have three long ones. For some reason, I feel like they're even shorter than before.

By the way, even though I'm talking about my first week of school here, don't expect it every year. This is a special case because of the Coronavirus.

In about two weeks, I'll start school. This means I won't be posting as often as I am now. At least I get to see my friends again; quarantine has been too long for me.

Anyways, I just finished my artwork for the Neogeojam. Click the picture below that I'll reference in the artwork.

Also, I got my first win on Fall Guys. I guess that Tyranha Plant is my main.

Remember when Olivia got sad in the cave, and people were talking about how it didn't fit that the Monty Moles were still making jokes? Well, Olivia probably felt the same way when you/Mario put on the Goomba mask. Even though both of you were crying back then, the game still tries to make you laugh in order to get over the grief.

Between that and the "assist mode" of Odyssey, I feel like some of Celeste is rubbing off on Mario

I just got back from my uncle's house a few days ago. As you know, this was way earlier than expected because of COVID-19, but at least I have more time to draw for the NEO-GEO jam. I'll be doing one based on Neo-Bomberman.

Also, happy Clock Day on Newgrounds

I'm going to my uncle's house for a few weeks, so I won't be posting any art until the end of the month

Edit: It was shortened because some people are coming back from Belgium and they need to quarantine when they arrive

Low-Poly is the 3D version of 8-bit,

but it doesn't get as much representation compared to the latter.

If you've been reading my posts lately, you would've known that I have been working on a secret project. So, I'm happy to say that it has been recently released.

My secret project, my most thought out artwork; an apartment in the style of a Rubik's cube. All sides are featured on and around this building in creative ways.

I hope that you like it, or at least express your opinions about it.

I was looking at the video for GMTK's new game jam, and the main theme was "Out of control". This gave me an idea of a game concept. Unfortunately I specialise in art, so there's no way for me to create it.

The game is called "Character arc", based on what letters and numbers are called in posts, and also how most character arcs come from conflict. This is a war game mixed with scrabble

*Prototype

This is where the game takes place: a keyboard. Your first piece is one of the letters which you can pick on your first turn. You end your turn with enter if you're playing turn based, or with your number if playing in battle royale. You can play with up to 9 other people in both modes, but the real time mode only works on separate computers.

*Turn 1 is Yellow, then Pink

On your second turn, that's when the game starts. Like most war games, your main objective is to grow and overtake your enemies. But this one is slightly different.

*Turn 2. Yellow types in "WERE" and Pink types in "HUN"

Words can be created by typing in letters in or around the team's colour, even if they are part of other teams. These words still have to be real. You can type words you used or with used letters, but this can't be used much to your advantage, as this game is not based on a high score.

iu_142845_6099117.jpg

*Turn X. All spaces are covered by either Yellow or Pink. Pretend I wrote all the letters in

Although H, Pink's first piece, has been taken over by Yellow, the game doesn't end there. The game only ends when one colour remains.

*Endgame. Yellow is the only colour left.

When making a word, you can press backspace to remove a letter from your word. Unfortunately, there's only one backspace button for a keyboard, so that's why the battle royale mode requires separate computers.

Speaking of which, the battle royals mode starts when everyone has picked a letter to start on. The number they can use for an enter key is based on their position(Player 1 has 1, Player 2 has 2 etc.). From there, a countdown begins, and at the end of it, the game starts.

The rules are the exact same in the battle royale mode apart from the fact that there aren't any turns, so the game is based on speed and reaction time, instead of ingenuity and strategy

Every JoJo has technically died at least once on screen.
