Try to use the same shading style for the spear attack. Also, shade with naturally darker colours instead of just gray or black

I have a few tips: First of all, I'm believing that you're a child, so invest in plain/clear paper. It doesn't have to be much, just printer paper is good enough. Second of all, make the panel borders clearer by making them thicker or adding a bit of space between them. Last of all, add a line between the chin/lower jaw and the neck.

Just because it's not the main thing doesn't mean you shouldn't shade it. Remember that the bin lid and the bin are two different entities, so shade the top of the bin to show that it's being covered. Do the same for the right arm behind the torso and the torso behind the left arm

Nice use of colours to represent the gi. Main problem is the gloves. Maybe make the gloves blue but with white like the gloves Vegeta uses.
