Would be better if colours were more smooth. You should either buy better colouring pencils or watch blending tutorials.

Whoops I forgot to put it in the post! It's Tron and Beck from the 2012 cartoon Tron: Uprising. Really badass with tons of cool fights and beautiful art direction. I highly reccommend it.

Some of the facial features' proportions are wrong. Maybe it's the eyes, but something's wrong with the placement.

There's not enough shading on the building. It also doesn't really stand out when the background is the same colour

I think that you should've used brown instead of the black around the vibe check emoji's eyes. It makes the face more colourful in the first picture.
